RU | Build Request Format

[ INFORMATION ]

On all Roleplay Universe servers players with the proper qualifications are permitted to submit build requests for our Build Team to accept. Build requests are as the name implies, they are requests made from players for something to their specification to be built or edited within our Roleplay Maps. Within this thread players can read our build request guidelines and read the build request format so they can easily apply for our Community Build Team to decorate and edit their regions to their specifications.

It is important to note only specific regions are applicable for build requests, these regions include: (faculty houses, legacy family estate bedrooms, faculty offices, academic classrooms, university club rooms, event spaces, and shops.) Requests made for regions not specified above will be denied. 

Build requests can take up to a few weeks if not months depending on the schedules of our build team members so patience is appreciated. Once your build request has been submitted a build team member will accept your request and reach out to you through discord updating you with any potential progress and alterations. 

Roleplay Universe’s Community Build Team may accept or decline build requests at their own discretion. If your application does not follow the build request guidelines or are appropriate your request will be denied. If your build request is denied you must wait 7 days to create another one. Any additional questions or concerns can be forwarded to the community build team leader and server network owner on discord at ArcticMonkeys#9262. 

[ BUILD REQUEST GUIDELINES ]

• The user must have the proper role and qualifications within the specified roleplay server that allows their character to request these build changes. (house owner, their office, etc) 

• The property region must be owned by the user before this request is submitted. 

• The user must have the proper funds in game to pay for any build requests done. 

• Build requests have to be realistic and match the build theme of the specified server. 

• Build requests cannot be used to give the user any type of advantages In roleplay such as, (money machines, cars etc)

• Users cannot request furniture and items within their properties that the user cannot realistically afford In game. 

• Users cannot request expanded space for their properties such as adding basements, extended walls, etc.

• Build requests cannot be inappropriate and must be PG13. Examples of this include (18+ related furniture, jail cells, weapons etc)

• Users will only be permitted 1 free build revisions.

• Build requests must be detailed and filled out properly to allow the build team to successfully build your request to your specifications. 

As stated above users are required to have the needed funds to purchase any build changes within their properties. Similar to real life if you wish to get interior work done you would hire an interior designer, and you would have to buy the furniture. RU build requests function on the same principles.
